| With more than twenty years of administrative, organizational, resource, project management and financial experience, Cynthia Davis-Middleton have developed a sharp eye for how businesses can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused organization. She researched and found a strong need for "Personal and Business Organizational Management." Realizing there was a major need, she started a small business in June 2001 called SIVAD Concepts, LLC. As a new small business entrepreneur who is quickly building her own "Personal Assistant" consulting business, Cynthia uses her years of experience, expertise, and knowledge to work with people dealing with life goals and challenges. Her personal characteristics includes, integrity, trust & and a strong sense of confidentiality. Her previous and current business experience includes an extensive administrative & resource management and personal assistant background working for company's like The William C. Paley Foundation, Carr Real Estate Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers & American Pharmaceutical Association to name a few. Her career advanced to Project Management level with ASRC Management Services, Fannie Mae Corporation and Management Technology, Inc. With her strong skill-set, she networks with savvy office administrators who have strong organizational characteristics. She holds a B. S. Degree in Business/Social Science from Upper Iowa University. |
